This 3-room apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate 4 people in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It can also be rented with the apartment opposite (No. 10 or 20) to create two connecting units, ideal for 8 people, perfect for two families or a group of friends wishing to share their holiday while keeping their independence.

The entrance leads to:

- A first bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm), a closet, and a wardrobe

- A bathroom with walk-in shower, located opposite the bedroom

- Separate toilet

The living room includes an open kitchen:

- Apartment No. 11: living room with sofa (not convertible)

- Apartment No. 21: living room with 4 club armchairs, no sofa

The second bedroom has a double bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe. In apartment No. 21, a travel cot can be added in this bedroom.

- Stove with 3 gas burners + 1 electric burner

- Rotisserie oven
